Throughout my career, I have successfully led cross-functional teams in a variety of industries creating physical & digital products, challenging the status quo and helping guide innovative strategies. I bring value by traversing design, engineering, and strategy domains to create intuitive and holistic experiences and deliver products that solve problems.

Currently at International Motors, I Lead the Experience Design [DEX] Lab focusing on identifying user insights, iterative and immersive prototyping to deliver comprehensive solutions enabling dynamic joyful experiences across our diverse customer and user base. Our work is helping transform International Motors from an OEM commercial vehicle manufacturer to a Transportation System; working alongside our TRATON & VW Group Partners.

Previously at Ford Motor Company, I led design & engineering teams as a Senior Experience Architect within DFord group (former IDEO-led turned internal human centered design group). With responsibilities for identifying, crafting, and delivering future vehicle user experiences & technology roadmaps, my teams worked on innovative products & holistic experiences for the 2nd generation EV truck and platform based autonomous drive systems.

Currently living in Detroit, Michigan with my wife, four kids and our dog — we’re the epitome of busy. You can usually find me hiking or walking with the family, smoking some meat, sampling some great craft beer or working in the shop.
